2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

5.3 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Return Policy

Our return policy is set forth at returns & refund policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returns must be initiated within7 days of delivery, and products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

6.2 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product. Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6.3 Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, including rights of withdrawal or cancellation where applicable.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAYERTEE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER OR (B) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless layertee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HongKong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the HongKong Arbitration Association or, where arbitration is not permitted, in the courts of HongKong.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and layertee regarding the Site.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or carrier failures.
